It dates back to the 15th Century and was formerly a small convent with Roman Catholic school. The residence, that is set in impressive mature gardens surrounded by ancient stonewalls and entered through a noble entrance, comprises two buildings, a main house with porch and garage and a ruin of approx. 100 sqm, that could be renovated and converted into guest quarters. The main house, which has been beautifully restored maintaining all its original features, comprises  four reception rooms, including a warm comfortable living area with traditional open fireplace, a separate dining room, a classical library with open fireplace, an office area and a fully equipped country kitchen. All living areas have beautiful beamed ceilings and many antique elements. The main house currently has three-ensuite bedrooms including the charming master suite and an extra bedroom/office, but the possibility exists to extend the amount of bedrooms. The house has a lovely porch area leading to the delightful garden and pleasant pool area. This most impressive property has central heating, its own well and water deposit, an orchard with fruit trees all in very secluded surroundings.

Here, amongst the rising hills you’ll find lush olive groves, a rugged coastline and towering pine forests which are the ideal place to explore, particularly if you like hiking.
